Loess events are more than hikes — they're spaces for sisterhood, movement, and joy. We create outdoor gatherings that center women of all backgrounds and experience levels, making the trail feel less intimidating and a whole lot more fun. Come solo or bring your crew — there's always space for you here.

Chicago: 606 Trail
We kicked our first-ever community event off in the best way possible: under the sun, on the Bloomingdale Trail with a great group of women who showed up and showed out. From movement to moments, and sharing delicious snacks from Eli’s Cheesecakes, our very first Loess pop-up was pure magic. Thanks for setting the pace, Chicago!

New York: The Yoga Reset
We hit pause, found our flow, and maybe even discovered our new favorite sparkling water (hi, Sanzo!!) Our first NYC pop-up was part yoga, part sisterhood, and all good vibes. A special shoutout to our yogi Miriam for guiding us through the movement and the magic.

San Francisco: Point Lobos State Natural Reserve
We came back to the city where the idea for Loess was first sparked for a glorious 3.4 mile hike. Our winding walk along the coast was made better by impromptu blueberry gathering, furry friends, and chai samples from Elaichi Co!

Chicago: Golden Hour At the Quarry
We found a quarry in Chicago (yes, really), wandered through its winding trails, and made our way up the hill just in time for golden hour. At the top, we broke out UNO, took in the skyline, and let a sunset walk turn into an easygoing evening with new friends. Part city adventure, part game night, and all good vibes.
